We had a fantastic week with friends at this property. The facilities were great, and the cottage was comfortable and impeccably clean. The secure gates and parking added an extra level of convenience and peace of mind. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with a bus stop nearby. The kitchen-diner was friendly and the bedrooms were spacious, two of which were en-suite. The decor was stylish and of high quality, and the beds were very comfy. We felt safe and secure with the high levels of security and technology in place.
Nothing it is perfect.

This apartment is absolutely perfect for a karaoke and casino lover like me! It has four spacious bedrooms, ideal for a group of friends. The TV in the apartment is a great bonus for entertainment during downtime between karaoke sessions. The equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge was convenient for preparing quick snacks before heading out to the casino. Having two bathrooms with showers was a lifesaver for our group, as it eliminated any waiting time. The free private parking provided was a huge relief, especially in a city like Edinburgh where parking can be a challenge. The 24-hour front desk ensured that we had assistance whenever we needed it. Free WiFi was definitely a plus, as it allowed us to stay connected and plan our activities.
While it's not a deal-breaker, I personally found the toaster in the apartment to be a bit outdated. Others might still find it perfectly functional, though.

The apartment had 4 bedrooms, making it perfect for a group of friends like us. It was spacious and comfortable, with enough room for everyone. The equipped kitchen was a real plus for us as we love cooking our own meals. The microwave and fridge came in handy for storing and heating up leftovers. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was a time-saver in the mornings when we were all getting ready. No more waiting in line! Free WiFi was a godsend for keeping us connected and allowing us to plan our daily adventures in Edinburgh. The free private parking was a huge convenience for us as we brought our bikes along. No worries about finding a parking spot or paying extra fees.
The toaster in the kitchen was a bit temperamental, but that's just my opinion. Others might still find it perfectly fine.

We got great value for our money with a lovely, well-sized cottage that was beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the city center while still enjoying a peaceful environment for walks. The staff were friendly and the facilities were top-notch, especially the modern and clean bathrooms.
The only thing that could make the stay even better would be to have a more varied breakfast menu.

This cottage had the most breathtaking garden view, I felt like I was in a fairytale.
Oh, and let's not forget the joyful surprises like hidden dirt on the floors, non-working appliances, and the struggle to communicate with the owners. Such a pleasure!
